"Literally took forever at the window and I ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. There was absolutely NO-ONE else there, not inside or behind us. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me."
"Rating 1 star because they had no gloves on while serving food. When I asked about it the girl said "corporate does not require to wear gloves if we are scooping fries, the cook has gloves.". I pointed out the other guy who would fill a fry container and then wipe his hands on his pants every time to get the crumbs off. Tried to call to speak to the manager and nobody will answer."
"This is one of the worst fast food stores in the reno/ sparks area. 9 out of 10 times they get oder wrong or it has over needed amounts of sauces that it's more sauce than meet or actual food."
"I went through the drive thru, and when she gave me my order, I asked her if this was all, and she said yes. It did not look right, so I looked through the bags, and sure enough, 2 burgers were missing. When I told her I was missing the 2 burgers, she rolled her eyes and went to get the rest of my order. There was no need for the rolling of the eyes since you get paid to take orders and to fill those orders properly."
"Sloppy. That's a grilled chicken sandwich. They put WAY to much sauce. I had the chicken fries and got food poisoning. Consumer beware.. :/ Update: I don't know why I went back here, but I did and 100% REGRET IT. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and the top 4 were completely not edible. My order was wrong. This is the worst location. I will never eat at a Burger King again."
