"Order a Valentine’s Day arrangement like 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day to ensure it was delivered. That did not work! They attempted the delivery at 8 or 9pm via another company they contract out. I tried to call the store multiple times only to have the phone picked up and immediately placed on hold. You are unable to wait because they force you to leave a message after a minute and half. There is no customer service. If you need the delivery to count do no use this location."
"If you can ever get anybody to answer the phone, then make sure you follow up on your order. Ordered online. They charged my account. My wife never received anything. I have tried numerous times to contact them the next day and left a voice-mail. No answer. I track my order just to find out it was canceled without anybody contacting me to let me know or an email. I still have a charge showing on my account. Now I have to deal with my bank to resolve the issue because they are the only people who will answer a phone call."
"Very Satisfied!!! I had a last minute order for a b-day gift and needed a next day delivery. I went in and Missy took such good care of me. She walked me through all my options and was super patient even when I could barely make up my mind. She made sure I left happy with my order and was so sweet when she came to deliver everything the next day. The flowers were beautiful and the treats were picture perfect and fresh. Highly Recommend!"
"Rude customer service by employee....After giving the address 3 times still entered it wrong. Came by the next day at 9am when it's supposed to open to correct it store not open. Came back at 945 store still not open. Called and NO answer....Spent over 100, bad business all the way around!!!!!!"
"I ordered on short notice. That morning short notice. Everything was great. Im giving 4 stars because it didn't look like the picture on the website. Some of the fruits were swapped out for a different one. But other than that it was great and was delivered 3 hours after placing my order"
