"Absolutely disappointing! Spent hours looking online for the right flowers for my dear friends funeral. Finally found the perfect arrangement I could afford…I ordered online. What I ordered was beautiful…what was delivered to the funeral home was NOTHING like what I paid for. I read the disclaimer about sometimes flowers have to be substituted…I understand that. But the ones that arrived were no where in the color scheme I wanted for my close friend. They looked like leftovers that were about to go bad. I apologized to the family several times. They told me they died after 2 days and suggested I call the florist. I did not call…because I have been too heartbroken over losing my sweet friend to deal with this. I was too upset at the funeral to take a picture of the flowers."
"I ordered flowers to be delivered Mother’s Day. They never were delivered, in fact when I called she said she cancelled my order because it was too busy. Didn’t bother to call or email me. So a sweet Mother’s Day surprise was soured. Not to mention I was charged money for flowers that were never delivered."
"Ordered a dozen roses for my wife at 9:15am for $95. They were delivered at almost 5:00pm with the wrong sender name on them and they look like they went through a hurricane. I've had good experiences with Pleasant Grove Florist in the past but not this time."
"The arrangement my wife got from me looked alright but it wasn’t really close to what I had asked for. It was missing 3 types of flowers that were supposed to be included and had waaaay too much greenery/filler for what they charge. Her’s wasn’t delivered until after 3:00pm, other florists had no problems getting deliveries made early in the morning at her job so she had to wait all day wondering if they would show up. They were ordered a week in advance and I realize Valentine’s Day is busy but it’s not like it’s a new holiday."
"Ordered flowers today for my grandmothers birthday and I also asked for them to be delivered today. The lady said it wouldn't be a problem, and I asked before I got off the phone to get a estimate of the total price. She couldn't give me one, because she hadn't put the order in...so I wanted until late that afternoon. She said she would call me back and let me know but didn't. I spoke to her several times (asking about the estimate) and she said she would call me before she ran my card. She didn't call back, and they ran my card and I didn't know the estimate..."
