"I was highly disappointed with Rum River Counseling. I was told different stories about how payments work. One stating that I would pay upfront and once the appointment was run through insurance I would receive my payment back. The other stated that I would not be able to receive my payment back once my insurance covered it. It has been a little over a month and I still have not gotten a claim in the mail from my insurance. After contacting the facility (good luck getting a phone call through) I still have not gotten any word back if they actually ran it through my insurance. I did not want to write a review but I think other people need to be aware of what is happening here and avoid this facility."
