The company didn't take any accountability. I received no cooperation from Bradley the agent and was essentially told I would be responsible for the late charges ($300+) or pay new reinstatement fees costing more than the late charges. I learned later from my bank there was no stop payments for Farmers, nothing preventing the payments from going through on the banks end. Insurance companies are corrupt. Make sure you get an agent that will work with you. That's not this guy.."
