"Ridiculous unloading times for orange juice! They were damn near out when I arrived. Yet, here I still sit, almost 15 hours later, still unloading. Arrived at 2115. It's currently almost noon the following day...complete asinine. They had me pull around to the front, drive the opposite way on a one-way street bc who ever designed their bldg layout and drive way was a complete idiot. Got backed in about midnight. It's now damn near noon the next day and the day shift fella is unloading my tank finally. I'm not sure why the fella who hooked up the hose last night could not start the unloading process, but this is unbelievable. I don't care how friendly the staff is, if I'm stuck sitting around for half a day waiting to unload one tanker. Although, some trucking companies pay by the hour and such, mine is not that way. I work for miles and currently my next load is passing me by..."
"Super friendly staff. Everyone from the guard shack to check in and even the yard guy. However, super slow unloading. Was given a dock at 3:45 pm and not unloaded until after 7:30 pm."
"I haul milk here time to time. They unload and wash quickly. It's just the time that they start is never consistent. Supposed to start around 10 or 11pm and the past 2 times I've been here they didn't start till 2 and 3 am. It's hard to get sleep when your constantly checking to see if you need to move forward."
"Tanker Yanker here. I can't believe how helpful and kind the people that work here are. From Security to the Unloader, and especially the Yard Hostler. They start unloading tanks at 2200 and then you can do your 10 in the back lot. There is even a bathroom and vending machines. I had a very good experience here. Thank you!"
