"Really friendly and kind staff, but I feel so incredibly bad for them. This location is horribly understaffed for the volume of customers and the line stretches 10+ people deep/30+ minutes at times. Often I see only the pharmacist working. Please, increase wages to ensure you can retain and hire additional people!"

"Waited over an hour on hold.. so I decided to drive to cvs and was still on hold when I got there. Turns out the pharmacist was all by himself. Almost anytime I’ve come to pick up medication it’s an hour wait."

"The pharmacists and techs are all very polite and efficient, but CVS so chronically understaffs their pharmacy counters both in Targets and in their own stores that coming here to pick up meds takes at a minimum 20 minutes. Please treat your staff more kindly and have enough of them on hand to make both their work environment less horrible and picking up meds a less painful of an experience for customers. Though I can't help but to wonder if it's deliberate to push people into doing mail order as much as they can so they can cut back on staffing."

"Worst CVS Pharmacy I've ever seen. Always a line into the aisle with 1 person checking people out and 4 more behind the counter sorting prescriptions not wanting to check people out. Then they advertise walk ins for vaccination even have a sign in the area saying walk ins welcome. Sat in line for 30 mins with a person in a wheelchair to have them tell me I need an appointment. When you go online to even try this location never even comes up in the results and it was the same last year. Horrible customer service. If you're ada stay away for sure."
