"I work for Fairview and this pharmacy is the absolute worst! Treated awful everytime. I would go to any other pharmacy around. The lead pharmacist Tammy is rude, unprofessional, uncaring and mean. If you have a chronic condition don't expect empathy because you will recieve zero!"

"I only write reviews if I feel passionately about either positively or negatively. I love giving good reviews because they make everyone feel better. My experience at M Health Fairview Pharmacy - Highland Park was not a good experience and it is not the first time but it is the first time I have decided to write a review. The young man who waited on me would not look at me when he spoke and made demands not requests as he directed me in the payment process. Finally I asked him if he was having a bad day. He said no. Then I asked if I'd done anything to upset him - he again said no. When he finally handed me my prescriptions he said nothing. So I said thank you, and I hope you treat the next customer better than you have treated me. His response was " I was not rude to you" Yes you definitely were I said. A disappointing experience!"

"Fairview's Highland Park Pharmacy is definitely not the closest pharmacy to my house or work. But I have driven across the metro before just to come here, since the staff is so nice. Especially the pharmacist and staff who were there this afternoon--they are great. They remember my name and face and even what meds I'm taking. Always excellent service, and very patient and friendly on the phone as well. I wish I could give them six stars! (and seriously, who gets excited about a pharmacy???)"

"Our first trip to this pharmacy for a special pre-op item was complicated by road construction and lack of easy, on-site parking. However, we drove around the block and easily found street parking near a well marked walkway to the pharmacy building. The pharmacy staff were kind, helpful and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience."
