"My husband and I lived at Forest Ridge Townhomes in Eagan from 2020-2022. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor with a pond view. Pros: Spacious, Affordable, Friendly Leasing Office Staff, beautiful pond views, garage, close to stores. Cons: Outdated appliances, thin walls, creaky floors, hot water issues. You can hear your neighbors walk above you and have conversations."

"Lived there for almost 2 years and only moved because we purchased a house. It was great! Unlike a lot of apartments the office staff is helpful and friendly, and the keep the property clean. The cabinets and other fixtures are older but well kept. Better then paying for “luxury” apartments that have stuff falling apart after a few tenets. Mary Kay is great like other reviews mentioned, I called after we moved out to ask a question and she was very helpful!"

"One of the absolute best places we have ever rented! Mary Kay (property manager) is so sweet, helpful, kind, caring and easygoing! She is always so attentive and polite and would put in work orders for us asap. The area is located in a very family-orientated, clean and peaceful environment. The living room area is also very spacious. We lived here for a year and had absolutely no complaints about anything."

"Area is nice and the apartments are spacious with lots of great storage. Construction of the buildings is mediocre as the walls are thin enough that you become very knowledgeable on your neighbor's day to day life. Property management is polite and friendly, however they are stuck in the 20th century and getting any information via modern mediums (email/phone call) in a timely manner is impossible. Be prepared to stop in the office (multiple times) anytime you need something addressed."

"We just moved in on July 21, 2018! The application went well over all. The move was smooth and quick. The neighborhood itself is very quiet so you can't beat that! Very competitive to though, kind of have to decide quickly and put a deposit down because they do go by super quick. I worked mostly with Mary K, she is super professional, fast, and straight to the point with all the processes."
