"I love where I live, here at The Pines of Burnsville! My neighbors are really nice, the Landlord is nice and Maintenence Crew is really nice, too! That is why I have made The Pines of Burnsville my home for nearly 20 years now (since June 1, 2005) I don’t ever really get bothered by the Office or by my Neighbors when I am at home. But when I see everyone they are all really nice to me! I don’t have to mow the lawn or plow. It gets done for me, I just need to move my car if they want to plow or purchase a garage and park it in there. If I need a new air conditioner or dish washer. They just measure the space in the wall where the air conditioner goes and come back at 1 p.m. in the day, it takes them 5 minutes to put it in. Then take the old one away. I didn’t even know they were already gone!"

"Edit: They promptly sent an exterminator. It wasn't resolved immediately, but the exterminator came back a few weeks later and sprayed the hallways and common areas, and that seems to have taken care of the problem. The floors in the laundry rooms were replaced, and they painted over the stains on the hallway ceiling again yesterday. Every place has problems, but this complex really seems to care about them and work to fix them. Original review: Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious and my building at least is quiet, except for the people who stop their cars outside at all hours and think that everyone in the building wants to listen to their music or loud engine. If you are parked by an apartment building, there are people in their homes trying to enjoy their own music, or sleep, or enjoy the quiet. It doesn't matter how good your music is, turn it off. But the biggest problem is that recently there have been maintenance issues that have been left undone. The laundry rooms have been torn up for months. The hallway ceiling has been leaking and moldy for weeks. They painted over the stains once, but since they didn't fix the leak first, it obviously didn't last long. And then I started seeing bugs. First it was silverfish in the hallway, which made sense with the leaking roof. Now I've found two roaches in my apartment. Since I keep my apartment immaculate, they need to address the problem in whichever apartment they are coming from or they are going to have a building wide Infestation, if they don't already."
