"Set up a showing with Eddie at the beginning of the week. When I arrived for the showing no one was in the leasing office. After calling twice and waiting for 30 minutes in the entrance no one showed up or answered. Very disappointed with the costumer service and their responsibility to potential new tenants."
"Eddie, the new manager, helped me get approved and really understood and helped to accommodate my situation when I was worried I’d never find a place. Some of the other residents are incredibly rude, hostile, and standoffish for no reason but I’m just grateful to not have to fork over hotel room money anymore"
"Lived there for one year and had so many issues with payment of rent and utilities, where they would charge me fees when i paid on time and showed proof it was on time. Maintenance would take forever and they would never come at the times i said would be best. Then even after something was “fixed” it would break again! Had so many issues with underground parking and people parking in my assigned spot. Especially when I had no other place to park when i worked late nights. And now I haven’t received my CPR and have emailed and received no response and it causing issues as my old roommate had gotten his CRP and it’s all incorrect and this management and corporate have been doing nothing but making his go around in circles so that we can get this fixed. Absolutely terrible. 10/10 don’t recommend living here unless you want to have nothing but issues, and pay for nothing."
