"After living here for over a year and a half, we have changed from a 1bed-1bath apartment to a 2bed-2bath. Ben (manager) was very understanding and helpful when we explained how we needed more room for storage and our fast growing puppy. Ben has always called us by name since meeting him for the first time doing a tour of the complex. Our puppy Korra is definitely going to miss all the attention she got from not only the staff but also all the tenants. The only downfall of this apartment is the limit storage that you have to put everything in your apartment (or you can just not have so much stuff like we did). But compared to everything else it holds, it was great to call this place home for a year and a half. This complex felt like home. Spacious, quiet (especially for being by 35) and convenient to multiple stores, restaurants, etc. Renting price is worth every penny!! We would have stayed if we were still renting."

"We loved living at the Overlook. We loved having new appliances, floors and countertops. The Overlook offers a luxurious feel while still being close enough to enjoy nature or go to shopping areas. During our stay at the Overlook, we threw an event in the community room and got so many compliments about how beautiful the room was. Also, the community room renting price is affordable compared to outside venues. The golf simulator was great for cold or rainy days when you cannot golf in MN. We also loved the rooftop patio and grilling during the spring/summer. The views from the rooftop are very pretty. The gym space is nice with all new equipment. My only recommendation is getting a cubby system where residents can put their personal items so it doesn’t have to be moved machine to machine. We loved how the Overlook management offered community events. Unfortunately, we could only attend 1 or 2 during our stay due to other commitments but we did like seeing management and meeting some other residents. Ben, the property manager, is amazing! Always addresses you by name and greets you every time he sees you! Very friendly employees! Overall, we loved our experience at the Overlook. We would have stayed if we were continuing to rent!!"

"I live here and I love , love it. So much fun , you feel safe. Staff is out of sight, their friendly, knowledgeable . Ben the property manager is extremely helpful, kind and goes out of his way to make this your home. You can not go wrong here. The views and lake are awesome. Tenants are great."

Ben , The Property Manager, is such A sweetheart ❤️ he will help you anyway He Can. He's Great so nice. All the other Staff is also wonderful. This is A fun , and clean safe place to reside, you would not regret it."

"I’ve lived here since they opened and this place is honestly all I could ask for in renting a place, coming from owning a home previously. Close to the city yet quiet, affordable, luxurious, and friendly. When compared to other rental complexes surrounding Burnsville, it feels a bit more like home here, tucked away in the trees and away from busy side roads. Within minutes of a nature walk! Glad to know that tenant safety, satisfaction and cleanliness are priority renting here. Management Staff knows you by name, making you feel welcomed and heard. Glad to have renewed with the Overlook."
