"Dear Meridian Pointe Leasing Office, I'm reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience me and my family had during a tour of your apartments. Frankly, the leasing manager's attitude left much to be desired. There was a blatant lack of transparency regarding rental prices – not provided during or after the tour, and our reminder email was just ignored. The showcased apartment appeared considerably worn, with the kitchen cabinets being a particularly disappointing sight. Consider this as constructive criticism aimed at enhancing the leasing process at Meridian Pointe. I hope next potential tenants will be treated in a much more professional manner than we were."

"I’ve recently moved into my 1Br 1Ba apartment and I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience here. From the tour Monica gave me at the end of September, to the application process and everything leading up to my move in date has been outstanding! Shout out to Lynnzey who’s tolerated all my questions and concerns. There were a few minor issues but compared to the last place I was at, they definitely were minor. I’m on the 3rd floor and it’s quiet—which is a relief as my last place wasn’t. I’m really thankful to have found Meridian Pointe. The building and grounds are well maintained, I really like the security features of the building entrances as well as the package room, too! Definitely 5 stars!! Keep up the great work!"
