"Less than 1 star. The roaches were horrible. Im talking i cant leave food on the counter. Im a clean person but the neighbors had trash constantly outside everywhere. This is while i was pregnant with my daughter and had a 1 year old little boy. The first day I moved in I had a racoon DESTROY my apartment after it got in through a hole in the pantry. (I wish i was kidding) maintenence hardly showed up. Took them over a week to get someone to redo my carpet that had been destroyed. Pest control showed up twice to spray 1 part in the kitchen. I had kids steal my little boys chair. Whoever runs fox run and Salem is rude, short, and doesn't care. I didn't get my deposit back even after cleaning that place. And trust me, it was not an easy feat. And they charged me??? You don't want to live here. The apartments themselves are cute but because of everything else you will not enjoy it."
"Just moved here and it feels quite homey compared to the 50% of conway trying to make the apartments better than they are. Aka the village by Walmart"
""Peeping Tom" keeps looking in the windows and management won't do anything about the creep! The posted pool hours say that the pool is open 9 am to 9 pm. Yeah, that rarely happens. Usually it's more like 12 noon to 6 pm if it's open at all. The roaches are horrible and management and corporate don't care. There is trash strewn around the grounds with only the parking lot being picked up sometimes. The dumpster areas are awful! It's not even cheap rent for someone on a fixed income."
"Great place to live. Inexpensive rent. Pool is great. Quiet no problems. Quick response to any issues that arise in apartment."
"Rent is too high. Bugs in apartment. Only one window unit to heat and cool entire appartment which isn't enough. Car keeps getting broke into. Do not recommend living here."
