"Bathtub has been leaking for 2 Months put in numerous maintenance requests and still isn't fixed standing water has gotten under my linoleum and is causing mold.....do not rent from them"
"It was horrible we lived here for almost a year, It was about a month or two in a realised. It had been infested with bed bugs they are in the walls and floor. They couldn't get rid of them, no sure how the others Are but #35 is a joke. So unless you want to leave everything behind and start over I wouldn't live here."

"While it certainly isn't the Ritz, for cost rent the apartment was pretty solid. My row, at least, was quiet, and no problems with the neighbors. The management was courteous and professional, and would put in some effort to work with me, which is something I highly value in a contract partner like a landlord. I stayed for almost 2 years and felt right at home."
