"I met an extremely helpful and life-changing therapist at this office. I would give it 5 stars, if she were still there. I am hopeful there are therapists like her at this center. However, I'm giving it three stars because of the front desk workers. Any interaction I had was so frustrating. I haven't been able to schedule over the phone because multiple therapists aren't accepting clients who schedule over the phone? I have had appointmens cancelled for no reason, scheduled wrong or billed under the wrong insurance. They've been condescending and so disorganized to a point where I scheduled my appointments after hours and asked for my therapists direct lines to schedule future appointments. I have recommended this place for friends and family but do suggest reaching out to therapists directly."

On one occasion, when I was in a small crisis, I called her for coaching in the early morning hours, multiple times and she called me back every time within ten minutes.
