"The reception staff is incompetent and rude. I took time off work after confirming my appt and when I arrived they said I cancelled the appt. Ridiculous , and on top of that they didn't offer to reschedule or get me in asap due to the error on their part."

"I am happy with this place so far i did visited twice for my dental. The first appointment was for x-ray, it was nice, if you have an appointment they will see people on time or before, my second appointment was cleaning my teeth, the woman who cleaned my teeth name i think christine, she did excellent job. The recipient lady also nice so far what i saw was more than very good"

"Harassed by staff for not looking native enough. I was asked by multiple staff members, “how did you hear about us?” They did not believe that my friends told me about IHB. And one of the staff members had and attitude with me and told me “I like to work with MY community.” Just ask me if I’m Native if you want to know so bad. Bad vibes for sure. If you only want to help full blood natives, just say that. I felt mistreated."

"I had no issue with my cleaning but the fillings by Dr Michael were uncomfortable!! I question how much he truly cares about the patients… Its sad, all the older doctors are now retired or gone and we are left with the careless new nurses and “doctors”.."
