"Rude receptionists who act like mean high school girls.. Make you wait in lobby more than 30 minutes past a scheduled appointment disrespectful to patients time"

"Booked my appt just two days in advance, showed up 5 mins early, waited about 5 more mins past my appt time before getting to the room vitals taken and another 5 mins for the dr to come in and we consulted for about 20 mins. Excellent services, would return."

"I just walked out of this place, the staff might be friendly but there is not excuse to make someone waiting an hour to see a doctor when appointment was made 6 months ahead. First they canceled my appointment with no communication at all. I had to call to reschedule my appointment and then got there 10 min before my appointment time. I understand 15 mins max wait, beyond that is just disrespectful for others people’s time. Switching providers at this point."

"I appreciate the doctor's help with my condition. However, I feel uncomfortable interacting with the nurse Shannon. First time I went to this clinic, she did injection on my arm and I was concerned the needles was not new since the needles did not come out of a sealed plastic bag. Second visit I went here, she explained to me that the needle was new and she wouldn't do things like that. However during the conversation with her, she stood right in front of me and waved her hands quite close to my face multiple times. I did not say anything to her at the moment but her body language was truly uncomfortable for me. I did not feel comfortable with two instances with this nurse and will not return to this clinic."

"Doctor and nurses were great. They went above and beyond. What isn’t so great is that HealthPartners overbooks their doctors and tells patients to arrive 15 min before their appointment starts just so they can spend 40-50 min waiting inside of the clinic. It’s disappointing to see HealthPartners continually prioritize profits over patients & staff."
