The front office staff is always so warm and inviting. You always feel in good hands every time you are here. My whole family has been coming here since an automobile accident. "I had an awful experience here. I switched to this clinic after a long move and had hope due to good reviews, but my experience was less than pleasant. To start, they wouldn’t do treatments till they had medical records sent. I kept calling my prior clinic who insisted they had sent them and it said delivered on their end multiple times. They sent my records a total of 3 times and I even showed my dr the records from my phone. They would take weeks to follow up with appointments. i needed an MRI order before I could be scheduled for a nerve block to which they told me I would be in within 2 weeks. This didn’t happen- I called multiple times inquiring when they’d order an MRI and I was always told “I’m not sure but I’ll get back to you.” I’d never hear back. Finally a month and half later I got an MRI order. Then my Dr left which isn’t their fault BUT they said by September they’d know more and they’d call. I never received a phone call and now it’s January. Even if they had no new provider who could take my insurance it would’ve been nice to know. Although who knows if that’s even the case. How frustrating for someone who lives in pain. I was at the point of depression for how bad my pain got. Luckily I found somewhere else where they’ve been appropriately treating me and following up when they say they will."

"After dealing with an issue that has cause me Chronic Pain since 2011 , in 2021 I finally found someone who literally took time to help me at this clinic! The doctor was wonderful, he started making since of why I’m having these problems I’m having and what has been causing the chronic pain ETC… he did, MRI, X-rays, ET. no other doctor besides one, back in 2011 ((RIP to him)) when I first found out what was causing the pain. So back to 2021 I searched, researched, googled hours ETC and decided to go with this clinic, I was so happy! After going for about 4-5months he finally got me on a pain regimen and I was starting to feel normal like myself ((since 2011)) I was so grateful! In 2022 my Doctor left this clinic I was very, very disappointed but another doctor took over wonderful!!! At first I was very skeptical because I’ve had such horrible luck dealing with doctors who are quacks! But this doctor was even better and he cared and I never had a doctor like him in my entire life care like he did! So here comes 2023 August to be exact! I go for my follow up and he tells me he’s also now leaving! Ugh! When I say I wanted to cry I wanted to cry! This man is amazing!! So come September I get a call to come into the clinic and have an appointment with Doctor Arua, I come to my appointment never seen or met his man in my life but apparently the clinic is his , anywho! The energy was completely off from the other staff I have been dealing with! Mind you the staff has been amazing the scheduling desk ETC…. Everyone is very, very nice and friendly and I’m assuming they care, I never felt any different or felt uncomfortable! Anywho back to September 2023 So I go into meet Doctor Aura and I’m not really feeling the vibe or energy! But oh well I let it slide. I’m just here for basically a 30min - hr visit. He tells me he doesn’t have a doctor yet and he doesn’t accept the insurance I have. So he said I can refer you to a different clinic or You can do cash. I said hmmm…. Okay, well I really didn’t wanna pay out of pocket ((so I said well if you know a good doctor you can refer me somewhere)) which he did. They called me about 5days later, and I set an appointment up. The appointment was set up after the dates my prescription were due! So now I’m really stressed out at this point. Because am I addict to a 3.5 MG and a 5MG Percocet that is mostly Tylenol it’s kind of impossible for me to be addicted to any of that! I take 1 every 6hours I mean in all reality you people aren’t even writing enough for someone to be addicted to it! Anywho, so I said well let me just called the clinic and ask could he refill them since the date is out, so I talked to a really sweet girl who understood where I was coming from and she said I’m gonna talk to the doctor so I said thank, she called me back 2hrs later and said the doctor said he could this one time ((she told me a lot of patients were calling who got booted out because a certain type of insurance! So I said thank you so much! I really, really appreciate it tell the doctor I'm very grateful. 3 days before my appointment I got sicker than a dog! I was down 2 weeks ((no way I would ever in my life go and contaminate and spread germs to individuals I feel that is one of the most selfish things you can do in life is to know you’re sick and go around people and get them sick)) plus my mother is an RN! She would whoop my tail! J/k she is a RN though, been one 45 years, she has ran a entire business ((group homes)) but for the last 13yrs she has been working from home tending to my father who is considered a quadriplegic due to a quack overdosing him with blood pressure medicine and he had a reaction he was out of town in a different state when he took it and he was left by himself on the floor for 3days! When he was found his temperature was a 21 he was slowly dying, anywho. So I do go and help my mother with my dad 7days a week in the evenings after I work a full time job Mon-Fri my days are usually 14-16hrs. My mother is 63 and my father is 78 and it’s a part 2 to this, give me a min."
