"I am highly dissatisfied with ACP, I called a month ago to attempt to get in with my psychiatrist for meds during a mental health crisis and the lady scheduling at the time offered no help and set no appointment. So I call 2 weeks later for another appointment because now I am out of meds and needed a bridge til my appointment. Got the appointment but the med team never returned my call for the bridge. Now today, finally appointment day and no call. So I called to see what was going on and the scheduler told me the DR attempted to call with no answer… I never received ONE call. To say the least I am disappointed with my experience with this company and will be finding a new psych immediately."
