"Wow, I think I just found my new primary! She is absolutely fantastic. Compassionate and smart, first of all. Listens and asks good follow up questions. She spent 30 minutes talking to me 1:1 and I never felt rushed. Very thorough charting. I have a feeling Dr. Keuler will fill up her patient panel very soon with such a fantastic bedside manner, so get on her schedule while she’s still accepting new patients. Also the clinic is beautiful and clean, everyone from front desk to support staff is pleasant, and there’s plenty of cheap street parking right in front and to the side of the clinic entrance."

Take the time to learn to use the patient portal and it will help expedite things like prescription refills and scheduling non-emergent things. Dr. Janine Pingel and Dr. John Halberg are fabulous docs and nursing staff and assistants have always been efficient and kind. I have been a patient over ten years, have complex medical history and Dr. Pingel has been my steadfast collaborator helping me through some tough times. "i *love* my care primary provider, Dr. Mark Nelson, but the staff in charge of both answering the phones and filling prescriptions leaves a LOT to be desired. My prescriptions used to be filled in a matter of hours. These days, it takes more than the 48 hour maximum they claim it'll take. I asked for a medication to be refilled on Tuesday. I called Wednesday about it after not hearing anything, and was told it'd be filled Thursday (today) morning. When it wasn't filled this morning, I called again and had to remind them to fill it. By the time it was filled, after 2pm, my pharmacy, which had the medication in stock earlier in the day, had run out. So I called at 4:50 to try to talk to someone. They close at 5. They left me on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up the phone without picking up. It's unacceptable."
