"The physician & assistant were professional. Physician did thorough exam and explained findings. Only complaint is that the physician was 45 minutes past my appointment time.I would have appreciated someone coming in to say she was running late."

"I had my first appointment today with Dr. Sedbrook for acne. The location was easy to find, lots of parking, and clean. The Derms office itself was very clean and the receptionist was welcoming. Check in was easy and done at the kiosk. I did complete the precheck online which may have contributed to the efficacy. Once I checked in and paid my copay, I received an email to activate my patient portal. As someone who had billing issues with other healthcare facilities, I love that I was able to access my visit summary and encounter form right away. From the moment I walked in to walking out, I was there for 30 minutes max. I was greeted by Nurse Elle within ~5 minutes of checking in. The nurse did the standard medical/family history questionnaire and once done, Dr. Sedbrook joined the appointment. I told her my concerns, she provided me with treatment options, and TOGETHER we chose a treatment plan. Elle was scribing during the appointment so she was able to see what prescription was covered, what needed a prior authorization, and for what’s not covered she priced them through GOODRX. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy by the time I left. Overall, it was a good experience. The only issue I had was with their online scheduling. Every time I selected an appointment slot, it would say “Sorry, that appointment is no longer available.” and the time slot would disappear. After 3 attempts for 3 different time slots, I decided to call to schedule instead."

"Poor online booking Used their online booking tool to book with an MD at Zel. I've been to Zel before and am not a "new patient". Online through my account they allowed me to book with an MD I hadn't seen before but figured it meant that was okay since it would filter with who popped up based on my specifications. Received an email confirmation for my appointment. I guess same day they had called from a random number and let me know they cancelled my appointment. Issue is, I don't check my voicemail from random numbers. I showed up and they didn't seem to care that I didn't receive the notification that they cancelled due to the provider I booked with online not taking new patients. Why allow someone to book with a provider that isn't taking new patients?? No email or text or anything... very disappointing . Again, this is more of a "my fault" situation, but the customer service aspect of the situation was very underwhelming. Probably won't be back and will be going elsewhere."

"The physician was extremely helpful. Very thorough… the check-in process was less than satisfactory. You are regarded to have a credit card on file. Even though I was not there for any cosmetic services. I was only there for a medical condition. Would not recommend clinic due to this requirement. I will be looking for a different provider."

"Dr Biglow is the reason I keep coming back. She is wonderful and genuinely cares to fix skin concerns. I would give her 5 stars on her own. That being said, every time I have come here, they are running 20+ minutes behind. Every. Single. Time. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early but don’t even bring you back into the exam room until at least 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 11am and I was not brought back until 11:40am, and was not even seen by my dr until 11:55am. Absolutely ridiculous."
