"I'd been on 2 medications for years prescribed by Dr. Eberly. She was on vacation, so the person covering for her said she was irresponsible to be prescribing them and cut me off "cold turkey." Never went back. Go to Catholic Charities where they treat you like a human being."

Licensed psychiatric care, certified psychiatric nurses, medication management, treatment, therapy, counseling, drug/alcohol addiction counseling, therapy and treatment. I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems."

"The lack of professionalism is mind blowing. Showing up to check in their first comment is asking if you knew you had a balance. The way the front desk asks it is as if you do not pay your bills. Not once have I received a statement as to what the charges are exactly for. They just tell you that you owe money. In between playing or watching videos on their phone. The cost varies each time. Which does not make sense if you are getting the same service every time. Then, we had to call to find out the time of an appointment. The front desk could not help! According to them, the therapist schedules their own appointments and they had no idea when appointments were. They could not get us in touch with the therapist. So what is the point? The therapist was great. Too good to be at a clinic with no professional standards. No one dresses professionally there. The lady who looks to be the manager does not dress professionally and talks badly about clients with people in the waiting room. We’re done here and recommend finding help somewhere else."

"These people were gona give my personal info to my school I went to. They think its funny. The lady who was suppose to be the management there. She was laughing at me and I dont think anyone deserves that. People with mental problems take things a lol harder. Really sad this is who I have to deal with. They are all my insurance will pay.
