"I had ACL replacement surgery here a few years back - everyone was behind schedule and I felt like it was a major rush - the anesthesiologist put the block in and I was like, hey its not taking I can still feel that - oh Ill do another one he says but because they were already running behind they said he would put another one in and it would be fine, they put the mask on me and I fell asleep.....woke up from surgery feeling EVERYTHING - EVERYTHING - TWO blocks never took - the pain was unreal - I could not stop shaking and vomiting from the pain. the nurse was like ok Ill get the anesthesiologist, he comes back and was like oh it prob never took, no apology or anything. My husband asked jokingly but seriously "well do we get a refund since it didnt work?" all while Im vomiting up bile and now dry heaving uncontrollably because of course I have nothing in my stomach since you cant eat before surgery - it was horrible. This was supposed to be a in and out surgery but i had to stay overnight and be put on morphine drip to control the pain, it took a good 3-4 hours before I stopped shaking from the pain. It was a very traumatizing experience, the anesthesiologist and surgeon were not apologetic and years later Im still having nightmares from this experience, and am afraid to need/have any surgery. Not to mention because the anesthesiologist did not care for me properly and was in a time rush we had extra very expensive bills to pay. DO NOT have surgery here. horrible horrible experience. definitely felt like there was bad doctoring practiced, I was not heard at all, and was not cared for."

"Surgery was 3 hours behind and the anesthesia Dr didn't visit with my wife because it was 3:34 and he was done at 3:30.... The rest of the staff was wonderful and the surgery went very well"
