"They charge you heavily when you move out. They charged Me $600 for scratched stovetop. The total term of lease was 2.5 years. They don't accept normal wear and tear and they charge the maintenance costs from the tenants. Then what is the point of renting an apartment. Also charged $125 for ceiling painting. They said there was water marks near the air condition unit. But that was due to a faulty air condition unit and I have already raised a work order for that when I was staying there. The maintenance staff fixed the water leak issue but the water marks remained there. The Walton crossing office agreed to this, but the corporate office is not agreeing and they say's I am responsible for that too. I tried to provide the reference number of work order, but they don't want to listening."

"Lived at this place for 6 months, saw the reviews and decided to live there anyways, turns out I should have done my due diligence. There are a lot of bad reviews saying that these people from Lindsey Management are CROOKS, and it is 100% true. The only reason I stayed there was the distance to my job at Walmart, which is reasonable near, but I would recommend to go look somewhere else, DO NOT RENT from these people. I wouldn't have written a bad review, but they did to me what they've done to others which is charge a large amount for "repairs". Charged $600+ for a cooktop which was in good condition. I asked them for photos and denied them to me. My fellow people from India and elsewhere, be aware, there a lot more places around the area, just take your time in finding something better and do business with honest people, definitely STAY AWAY."

"I lived in their large 1 bedroom 1st floor apt for a year. I don't have any complaints about the complex or the staff. I enjoyed the amenities it offered & took advantage of them, except for the tanning bed. Maintenance was always super fast to respond to any reported issues. Upon move-out I detail cleaned the apt & asked for a move-out checklist to reference. I worked hard on making sure what I could clean was as clean as possible. When my move-out date was set, I contacted the office & requested a manager walk-through without an exact time being set as I was unsure exactly when everything would be emptied out. I was notified what time she leaves for lunch & worked around that. On move-out day, as soon as the unit was emptied & I had done my final cleaning of the floors, I called the office & let them know I was ready. Within 10 minutes or so, the manager appeared, with her husband, to review the unit. She let me know that I had done a great job & left very little for their cleaning crew to do. NOTE: Your lease states their is a MINIMUM cleaning fee, I just don't recall what it was. Within 2 weeks of moving out, I received a mailed check for the amount I believed I was owed. Along with the check was a detailed list of the breakdown charges of what had been deducted from my monies. I had no issue with their deductions as they basically added up to their minimum cleaning charge (including carpet cleaning though the carpet was still in excellent condition) and a few extra dollars deducted for tv wall mounting holes I wasn't able to patch up myself. I HIGHLY suggest taking the time to ask for the move-out checklist, DETAIL clean & do a manager walk-through at move-out time! I want to give a special thank you to Lori in the front office as she was ALWAYS kind & respectful to me. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of real sunlight these 1 bedroom apts get. The poor construction design prevents this from happening as all of them are recessed 10' or so into the building. Not to mention how the front doors, in many cases, open up to the staircase for the upper floors."

"I have lived here since the complex opened and can say my experience has only been pleasant If there was any sort of issue it was resolved quickly. The management works hard to do their job appropriately and take care of the tenants. Typical issues that arise are because tenants do not read the contract they have signed which in turn will lead to disagreements. I am grateful for the experience here."

"My first apartment was here. It was nice at first, but me and my boyfriend always heard others talking through their thin walls. Not very much privacy, there was a guy who lived below us and he was always awake, 24/7, smelled terrible when he smoked. There was drug dealers everywhere. Dog poop everywhere, never picked up. Their charges with rent are ridiculous, this apartment complex just wants to suck every bit of money they can. The office people are nice but maybe they should do better."
