"The attendant working the front named Lori was extremely and unnecessarily rude. She would not accept my TX issued ID via my phone and proceeded to deny sales to another person I was with for his items even though he had present ID. To deny sales to one customer is one thing but actively deny sales to two paying customers who have valid IDs, especially without good reason, is unacceptable."

"***Zero star review*** Traveling from TX to Ohio, a 1440 mile road trip, we stopped here to buy gas and coffee and to use the restroom. I am in a motorized wheelchair that we carry on a lift on the back of our car. My brother uncovered, unstrapped my chair & assisted me into it. While my brother fueled up, I headed toward the store part of the station but was immediately met by a curb that ran the entire length of the front of the building. It took me a couple of seconds but I located the handicap ramp at the far end of the curb/sidewalk. I went to the ramp but noticed that there was a trashcan, a stand alone ashcan for extenguishing cigarettes, a propane tank cage and a large windshield washer fluid display that were blocking the sidewalk leading to the entrance. If I attempted to go around these obstructions, I risked getting too close to the edge of the sidewalk/curb & falling off onto the concrete lot/driveway. I looked around to the side of the building to see if there was another entrance or outside access to the restrooms... there was not. As I crossed the lot to return to our car, 3 other customers who were also fueling their vehicles were upset, as well, that there was no way for me to enter the store and all 3 offered to assist me by lifting my chair over the curb and through the door. While I appreciated their offer, my chair is extremely heavy & I didn't want anyone, including myself injured trying to help me. Instead, when my brother was done filling our tank, he assisted me back into our car, loaded my chair onto the lift, covered it and strapped it down & we got back on the highway and to the next exit where we found another gas station, my brother uncovered/unloaded my chair once again and assisted me out of the car and into the chair, and I was able to get coffee & use the restroom at this station. I was so upset with this Shell station that, even though I'm a Shell fuel rewards customer, we did not stop at another Shell station the rest of our trip, and will not on our return trip either. (Our GPS is also programmed to show Shell locations along our route too, but we're removing those notifications). I am also looking to report this station to the Americans with Disabilities folks as soon as we return home and I have time to do so. This whole experience is UNACCEPTABLE! ***I have more pics, including our fuel receipt but for some reason, they do not want to upload**"

"Bathrooms were nice, but the pump wouldn't take our credit card, and the store clerk couldn't just hold our card till we fueled up. I just had to take a guess at how much fuel I'd need. My husband filled up gas cans on another pump, which didn't give us a receipt, prompting yet another trip inside for that."
