"Units are outdated, needed to be vacuumed. Great location and nice pool area. Would stay again. Went off season so many restaurants in the area are not open during the week."
"I will rarely leave bad reviews. Disappointing stay, to be gentle. Glad we only booked one day. Rooms, facilities, grounds are shabby and in disrepair. Dirty towel on the bathroom door upon arrival. Cable in our room inoperative, rendering the TV useless. Keys stopped working before checkout, leaving us locked out while packing the car. Beer-addled, foulmouthed guests monopolizing the spa, coolers and all. Zero wi-fi except in the lobby…?? 75% of games and vending were broken/inoperative. Restaurant closed. Kids unhappy… Cannot recommend, will not be back."
"UNCLEAN and Out of date - We attempted to stay for a week. Lasted 3 hours. Rooms not clean, food left in fridge, random shoes left in room. The only WiFi is in the lobby but every kid for miles is sitting in the lobby streaming videos so don't expect to work. Great location but needs a MAJOR update. Probably 30 years old and has not been touched since then."
"Great place to hang out outside but rooms have not been updated in at least 30 years. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. None of the gym “equipment” actually works . Wonderful location and could be outstanding with updates."
"Great location if you like to be a little off the beaten path of Okoboji, which I do. Rooms are a bit dated and could definitely use a present-day touch, but they're clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and welcoming and ready to make your stay amazing. Great little beach area on West Lake. Grounds are well-kept and maintained."
