"Had just what I needed for my research. Just as a reminder, visitors need to make an appointment when researching in the archives. Staff is friendly and very helpful."

"I love history so this place was right up my alley! I enjoyed the Caddo Indian displays! My grandkids were amazed at the Woolly Mammoth teeth and enjoyed riding the elevator! Dusty was very informative and a wealth of local history!"

"Exceptional experience. Mrs Dusty Baker is amazing. We’re so happy we met her and hopefully we will be back one day. She tells stories as if she lived them and she gave us so much advice and made this trip unforgettable. Greetings from Louisiana Ivan, Ilona and Oliver ❤️"

"Great little museum for those interested in history. The exhibits are presented well and offer a good insight into the history of the Texarkana region. The museum is small and not exceptionally fancy, but the exhibits are interesting, the entry fee is minimal, and the staff are friendly. I'd highly recommend the Texarkana Museum of Regional History as a quick stop whether you're local to the area or just passing through."

"Very cool regional museum highlighting the history of Texascana and the surrounding areas. Great exhibits on Scott Joplin. The museum is upgrading some stuff so it can be a little crowded with stuff in some places, but its a very nice place to stop by."
