Especially for Children - Circle Pines

"0 stars is what i give!! Very upsetting daycare. First off, I'm very disgusted with the care my child receives at this center, I am also very unhappy with the teachers communication and the directors communication. The people whom work here are very unprofessional to say the least. I have had the directors at this center send all my phone calls to voice-mail. I am purposefully being ignored by the staff. I have had countless concerns and I can not get ahold of anyone at this center. Even when I approach them directly you get the back or silent treatment. Please, please think more than twice before you enroll your child or children here. Do not let them do this to you or your family]."

"We've used EFC since 2016 with our first kiddo and continue to use it for our subsequent kids. Even my 7 yr old enjoys coming back with me to drop off the littles to say hi to all the staff. My 5 stars is for the teachers especially. All the teachers here go above and beyond. They care about our kiddos and it shows when they get excited to run into daycare each day to give those teachers hugs. They are also very easy to communicate with when I send a quick question over the daily app program. The teachers deal with a lot! As a parent, it gets overwhelming with the bad attitude days, teething, diapers, potty training, tantrums, nap refusals, etc. Now imagine handling an entire class of those situations! This is why they are all rockstars to me. And it doesn't surprise me one bit that some only do that role for a bit before moving on, which is OK. I think it's just the nature of that job. It's not everyone's long term career."

"I never post reviews, but I read some of the other reviews about the director and it made me upset. The directors have always been nice and professional. My son has been the for 6 months and he loves it. Owners are actually involved much more than the daycares where we were before. The office is right at the front and the directors are always in there and talk to me about Jordan's day. The difference in interaction between the kids and the teachers is a big reason why we go here too. And one of the teachers had a fire at her house and the staff and parents raised over $30,000 to help her. I know that's not about the daycare exactly, but it shows the people care about each other. I don't know - I just think the reviews from the old employees are petty and not true."

"Both my kids have been here for 2 years. The staff is great. The facilities are always improving. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We moved our sons to EFC after doing further research in the area, knowing that we were looking for a learning environment and not just a place for the kids to be while we work. They actually look forward to school and they don't even get upset when I drop then off. My younger son talks about what he did in class when he gets home and loves to sings the songs he learned."

"We love this daycare! We completely feel like all of the staff cares very much about our children. They learn Spanish, have monthly field trips, gymnastics, healthy catered food from Preschool Pantry. My 3 year old has blossomed in her writing since starting 10 months ago."
