"I went to Pratt's to get a car inspected. First of all, the men on duty were extraordinarily rude. They hardly spoke, and when they did, they spoke in an unfriendly tone. Secondly, they refused to pass the car, claiming that the left front signal light was out. I later found out that they lied! Only one-half of the light was out, which would not have disqualified the car from passing. I have no desire to return to Pratt's."
