"Customer service could be better! We went in to see about getting a screen for our iron door and they were suppose to contact us afterwards to let us know if we could purchase the screen through Acme from the company that they purchased the iron doors from. Never heard back from them!"

"Good thing they are "getting out if flagstone business" since they do not know the difference between flagstone and cheap slate. Spent nearly $300 on a pallet. As I started to unload, I noticed only the visible stone was actual flagstone. The rest was crumbly and made a big mess as it fell apart in my hands. When I called, I got a sob story about how it was"clearance" and they can only give me a partial refund (only after I expressed my extreme displeasure), which amounted to about 17% of what I paid for it, and got less than 50% of the pallet as usable stone. I even offered to bring it back, but they did not want it either! oh, and the supplier cannot be contacted because they went out of business. Here, fishy, fishy! Just wish I could post a picture of it. This is not the way to do business. On my list of places of where not to shop."
