"I am appalled at the responses here by the owner at these legitimate complaints. In no way is it ever okay to YELL at a customer, nor the calling them a liar on their reviews. It is VERY clear that the owners are the liars here. There are multiple reviews stating that this has happened, which is more than enough reason for me to NEVER come to this location. I thought it important to put a note here for the owners to see that they are losing business based upon how they are treating customers AND how they are responding to these reviews. I hope others follow my example."

"I went here due to needing nails changed from dip to gel. I was not greeted! The nail tech had cut my nail bed several times! When I told her she told me stop moving. I explained my chair was sliding due to oil on the floor. She didn’t understand English, and a child had to be a translator for us! She then told me “if I don’t like then don't come back!” I proceed to tell her my nails didn’t have a Ombré look, and she again replied with “oh, well go some place else.” Unsure if these nail techs have a real license. It was all handled unprofessionally. Please don’t waste your time here!! I refuse to visit again! Here is pictures of where 7/10 nails have been cut! My thumb nail was burnt by the drill being used incorrectly!"
