"The place is convenient, however what they don't tell you when you rent a space for a certain price...it can increase at any time. I have been there less than a year and it has gone up twice. I started at $90 and it is now $151...I feel as though this is a very deceitful way of doing business... I want to update this review...this review is not based on the person that helped me set up my account....he was absolutely fantastic...my review is based on their ability that the company takes to raise the rates, because they can...it never occurred to me that my rates would increase within the first year."

"Worst storage facility ever! I paid for climate control which was freezing temp in winter. Rarely is there ever a person on site. I was never able to get anyone to answer phone. The interior is filthy and smells. Once there was garbage left in elevator for almost two weeks before it was cleaned up. They cut the lock off my locker because they said pipe leaking and they never told me and then couldn't tell me why when I found it. They provide only one small cart for the entire building. And for all that, they raised my rate twice. There are so many good facilities, AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!"
