"Very peaceful place to walk around. It's nice to have a place that has the feel of being out in nature away from the city, but it's close and convenient to get to. I've been here many times over the years and I have always enjoyed coming back to it."

"Careful on the trails or you’ll be flying off those bluffs to the river below. Picnic area is lovely and plenty of green space."

"Nice little place with bathrooms and picnic tables and at least one covered area that I saw. I was mostly there to kill some time before breakfast but managed to find myself on a fairly deep descent going towards the river. Started to rain and I ran out of time to see it all the way to the bottom"

"Cherokee Park in St. Paul is absolutely stunning especially in the fall when the colors start to change. The trail runs along side a bluff, below you can see Lilydale Regional Park & the river through the trees. There are many off path trails you can take as well as shown in my photos. Parking is plentiful & accessible. There is a large picnic area with a large Pavillion & a small one. Public toilets, tennis courts, basketball courts & a large play ground. It's in a very quiet neighborhood & it's never too crowded. A great place to take a gentle walk as the trails rarely incline or decline."
