"Husband and I made a trip this morning due to the reviews and beautiful stone posted online. We are looking for supplies for a landscaping project we will be doing ourselves. However, we weren't able to speak with anyone. Contractors going in and out of the yard, working hard, pick up trucks galore. A sign on the door said use other door that was around the side. The only door locked. Called, advised I was outside, unsure how to get in, and was advised "It's just an office." Okay. We got back in the car and left. Not a place for individual homeowners."

"This company is the worst! My dad and I called and mentioned to the guy over the phone, that our grass is dead and would like to replant parts of our lawn. All we need is dirt/soil to plant grass! They delivered next day a large of amount of dried brown mixed dirt that had small rocks and debris in it. I’ll tell you this is not dirt but construction debris! I thought it looked bizarre and assumed nothing of it, trusting this was good quality dirt since it’s directly from landscape company. We planted it and sprinkled the fertilizer, watered it daily and after all the hard work, no grass has grown just crazy amount of weeds, rocks and mixed materials coming up from the surface. For 2 weeks straight I get the same response from the receptionist we will stop by and nobody has called or stopped by to address our concerns! No grass grown just weeds! Now we have to remove all that material they gave us and buy real dirt and replant again next year! Scam company! Beware! Go to big box store"

"I get my supplies from the Burnsville location. I have picked up rock in the bed of my truck and have also had rock and black dirt delivered to my house. Every time I go into the store and order, the guys at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. When I have called in orders to be delivered it is always an easy process. My supplies are always delivered as promised and where I request with communication 15 min prior that they are otw. Great experiences with this company."

"As a DIY homeowner, I have been here several times over the years for boulders and flagstone. I wanted to extend a flagstone path a few feet, so I went and grabbed 8 flagstones that were small enough for me to lift and light enough to fit into my small car. An employee weighed them on a pallet. Through some mistake, I got charged $350! When I called questioning the charge, they asked for photos, promised to check, but never got back to me. The next day I uninstalled my 8 rocks, weighed each one of them, and drove them back to the store. I was ready to ask for a refund on the whole mess. They admitted they had made an error but had gotten busy and not called me back. They had already issued a refund of about $290 reducing the purchase to a quarter of a ton. Perhaps that is their minimum, but after weighing each stinking rock I had 189.1 pounds. Sorry, that is not even close to a quarter of a ton. By now I have loaded the rocks, unloaded them, hauled them down a hill, laid them out, removed them and hauled them up the hill, and loaded them back in my car in my car just to have to do it again. Poor customer service that cost me a lot of work and I still feel I was overcharged."

"I’ve been working with this company for the past 4 years! I’ve never had an issue with this supplier. The team is amazing, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I fell on hard time after I lost money on a few projects, then COVID happened and I had to shot down my business, they were very understanding of my situation and I’ve been slowly paying them back on some materials that I owed them. Every time I go here, they are happy to see me and ask me how I’m doing etc. I love this place, they are ROCK STARS. Specifically KIM."
