"We ordered a bulk 50/50 compost/black dirt order from them and they dumped it in the middle of our driveway, not by the side of the driveway like we asked. Apparently this is standard policy when... it rains? The driveway isn't where they expect it to be? We weren't informed of this, and the driver who confirmed the delivery to us over the phone didn't tell us he had dropped it in the driveway. I'm pregnant and now my husband has to move all of the dirt out of the driveway tonight so that we can get our cars in or out. We will never use this company again."
