"Nice selection of tile. The largest issue is that they don’t have product in stock, so you have to order and wait for everything. Floor & Decor has a better selection and maintains a fairly nice amount of each tile, so you can pick up/take home enough to finish a room. Also, as several others have stated, it is very unprofessional that nobody ever bothers to come out and great you. After spending thousands here, I have seen this as consistent behavior. I cannot imagine working at a business and not WANTING to come out see if I can help people."

"Great experience at the Tile Shop in Maple Grove with Jake. Huge selection of product, in working with Jake he helped make our project manageable by providing strong insight into product recommendations and a knowledge of colors/styles/etc. to coordinate. My wife and I made many changes, including during the remodel and he helped at every step, with great patience. For a previous home project we had worked with the Plymouth location and the experience was not as personalized or helpful."
