"Wow, what a fabulous experience! I was blown away by how easy choosing floor at this store was. I tried looking for samples in many different places, but this store was by far the best. I appreciated the large samples available to view, I liked that you could take home any sample for $5 and then return it, and I found every single employee to be helpful and sweet. I wanted to especially give a shout out to Brian who took the time to answer my questions with kindness and thoroughness. The great customer service here made me want to purchase! I will absolutely be back with future projects!"
"Had a wonderful experience at this store. Came in for the first time and was greeted by Veronica. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the layout of the bathroom she asked Kathleen from the design teem to help out. Couldn’t have asked a better person. "Floor & Decor: Crazy, unbelievable prices. Really nice & helpful employees, though they aren't all dressed in the same uniform. Some are in black vests, some wear pink, others wear red. You can buy samples and then return them up to 90 days later for full refund. See my pictures.. You will want to write down the numbers on post its and bring them to the check out. Also, it'll be good for you, when you bring it home for you to decide which one you want , and go back to the store and order! This store has hardwood, soooo many pretty wall, and floor tile, tools, grout, cheap $0.51 tile all the up to spendy tile! Would definitely recommend this place!"
