"Normally an incredible company. They typically do our system checks every year and we've never had an issue. Then, 3 weeks ago, our entire system went out - completely. They came out on a Friday and told us we would have an estimate Monday morning. We didn't get an estimate until Tuesday. When we called to check, there was no sense of urgency with the office staff. They never called back to check on their quote. At that time, we had opted for another company. I still like them; I just feel they have an opportunity to increase their goodwill with some customer service education."
