"Y'all should be ashamed of yourself when someone is in need of help and you threaten them with a tow truck before asking if they need help. I hope y'all had to pay the tow drivers bill for wasting his time. And making excuses that your delivery driver couldn't make delivery because the oversized houses were in the way is just asinine. I am including pics of how far away these oversized loads were from the building there was ample amount of room for your driver to make delivery so stop with the excuses you lost business because of your staffs bitter tendencies and I ended up going to the O'Reilly's down the road to get this driver what he was needing. Hopefully there's a lesson to be learned here as for those reading this I would just go to the O'Reilly's down the road they seemed to be elated and willing to help"

"THESE PEOPLE HATE TRUCK DRIVERS!!!Super unfriendly and rude. Needed a part for my 18 wheeler and parked here overnight so I could get the item first thing in the morning. Before I could even walk in the store, I was approached by a very rude employee that threatened to call a tow truck. They made it clear the manager was mad at me, yet I can't understand why a manager couldn't just tell me themselves. I'm a customer, I'm in a bind and I need help. They told me they missed a delivery last night and it's my fault cause i blocked the loading dock. That's not true, I have pictures proving I was parked clear out of the way. Had to have another driver bring me what I needed to fix my truck, even though the part i needed was right inside NAPA. These people do not deserve any business. There's going to be a "thank you for your review and we'll look into this" response. We all know it's for nothing cause you won't change over 1 bad review. THANK YOU NEW BOSTON NAPA FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!"

"Called to see of they had a battery for my truck. I was hurrying and Amanda got it ready for me, loaded it into my truck and in and out in under 5 minutes. Service with a smile and at 5 minutes till closing with no complaints at all. Thank you because I was in a tight spot."
