"It took them 3 months to repair my vehicle then the day I got back it started misfiring and the check engine light came on. I took it back up to them and they told me I'll have to take it to the ford dealership and pay $125 for diagnostics even though they returned it to me in poor condition. I will never recommend this shop to anyone, ever!"
"Absolutely the most unprofessional and dishonest body shop in Texarkana. They will lie to you and take advantage of every aspect of your experience. Avoid this shop and avoid a disastrous headache. Ashley has been the responsible employee and is extremely good at endless excuses and passing blame on distribution, her owner, the mechanics, and everyone else imaginable except herself. The vehicle has been in their possession for 13 weeks!!! for the damage pictured, caused by a raccoon."

"Took them a month to do a simple job. Ended up putting the wrong bumper on and gave me a bunch of attitude just because I was calling for updates when it was 2 weeks past when they said it'd be done, the guy literally said "we can't come running to the phone every time someone calls" I didn't lose my temper and was nice but dang did they test me. I ended up having to keep the wrong bumper on because they took so long the insurance wouldn't cover the rental car any longer. Glad to be done with them. I will never use them again."
