"I called the store yesterday because there is something wrong with my rewards account. It no longer adds my purchases to my rewards total. I have three receipts that show my rewards number on the receipt so I know it was scanned correctly. It updated on November 1st, but not since. There doesn't seem to be anyway to track my transactions and whether the amounts are added to my account with the app or the website. I could not locate a customer service phone number, so I called the store. The girl who answered said she would get the manager, Preston. He did not know that the card tracked purchases and would give $5.00 credit for every $400 spent. He said he would give my contact information to Brook(e?) who is another manager. It's been over 24 hours since my phone call and I do not expect a call back. I had time to go to Sioux Center and spend my money there. The products there are much less expensive even with the added cost of gasoline. Sunshine Foods have some really great people working there, but I will make my purchases somewhere else. There is a Casey's, a Dollor General and a well-stocked little store in George, IA if I am in a hurry and Sioux Center or Sioux Falls if I am not in a hurry. There is a store in Ellsworth, MN that I may visit and possibly some place in Larchwood. I am not saying I won't ever go to Sunshine Foods again, but I will avoid it."
"Great to go to when something is needed and I have no plans to leave town soon. Kids get a free piece of fruit when they go, and they love having the option. They have. A lot of great deals, as well. I definitely recommend getting the Sunshine Foods app, as it saves you money."
"Today's visit was a nightmare . My check was declined even though there was money in my account and I had used a check there just two days prior and it went through . I was made to feel like criminal . I have never been more imbarressed in my life. It will be a long time before I can trust them again."
