"I have had the premium monthly membership since September- and I’ll give it 3 stars for the occasional good service & the “OK” car wash. The manager needs a lot of recognition here because I believe she holds this place together. Pros: the lady manager with blonde hair is great. There’s one other skinny lady that I see on occasion that is also great! She usually works in the mornings as well. These are the only two women that will actually wash my car down before it goes in to the bay. The ONLY people, that wash my vehicle down. Cons: there always a lane out of service. 9/10 times, i’ll pull in the member only lane and they will have me back out and go in the other one. 9/10 times, your car won’t be washed down before going in the bay unless you go in the morning and one of those two women are working. About half the time all of the rollers in the wash don’t work. The dryers don’t work as they should either. I believe they just changed their pricing so for $5 more, you can go across the street and have better quality.. but if they were to change their prices back to what they were when I signed up, I believe that it would be a good budget friendly option."

"I tried both car washes, on state line & Richmond road. I have the premier membership. Which is supposed to be top of the line. The car wash is less than 90 seconds & doesn’t clean your vehicle very well. It even scratches your bumper and hood. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone."

"Most of the time everything is fine but lately no one prescrubbed the bugs off of the front of the car and half of the brushes aren’t working. The conveyor was also malfunctioning which caused the attendant to have to have me actually DRIVE through the wash, guiding me so that my tires weren’t damaged in the process. The attendant suggested I go to there other location stating she was going to shut down and call for service."
