"The lady on the phone said they would check all my fluids and tires and wash my windshield with the oil change but after they kept leaving to go talk to someone in a truck and I was in the bay they finally just changed my oil and changed air filter. They were polite but it cost me over 100.00 for a oil change and my filter. I feel like when u have someone in the bay u devote your attention to the customer."
