"Took my truck in had bunch of codes. Turned out was 1 injector and wiring plug for it. Charged 1500 labor . Funny 10 bours do math lady told me they did all work the day I picked it up if that was the case how do you get 10 hours? This is last time I will have service performed at this dealership. Oh forgot to say before I got out of tow. They called me to return to dealership though they left a o ring off pymp waited 30 minutes for them to check it."

"I've had to use the service department multiple times over the past 3 years and my time has been WASTED. The staff inside are usually nice, quick and supportive so there's that. A few days after I purchased my car, I told the salesman the check engine light comes on but goes away after driving a bit. He said if it goes away then it's nothing to worry about. I had to take it up there a few times and be persistent before they would look at it because I felt like it had a blown head gasket. Not my first rodeo with a used car. Surprise, it had cracked cylinders and it took over 8 weeks to get my car back. I went in for a standard oil change a few months back, was told there was a big oil leak and I'd have to come back the following week when they had more techs to fix it and to drive it as little as possible in the meantime. Understandable, cancelled my plans and stayed home that weekend. Took it back, they did a normal oil change and told me there wasn't a leak.... ? Then why did I have to leave and cancel all of my weekend plans...? A few weeks ago I needed a new battery installed, I remembered from when I had to replace it two years ago that the dealership was the only shop in town that would do it, because it has all those annoying connections on the top of it. They sent me away saying the battery I purchased was the wrong size. So I went back to the store, gave them the battery info that I supposedly needed and the store manager pulled up the specs for the one I bought, compared to the one I "needed". The only difference was brand name, everything else was literally the same. Even physical size. He pulled out a measuring tape and we measured the battery. I called the service department and was told the store manager was probably right... I'm sorry, what do you mean?? The technicians and mechanic should be more knowledgeable than a retail store employee. I wasted nearly two hours going back & forth when I was already late and missing work. More recently I asked them to run the code on the check engine light that popped up on my way in for an oil change. They said it was for my O2 sensors, but I'd have to come back later so they could figure out which sensor it is. I took it to Advanced Auto and two different O'Reilly's to have them read the code. It's for a small EVAP leak, all three recommended I add a fuel injector clearer to my tank and tighten or replace my gas cap. And not spend a few hundred dollars on something it isn't throwing a code for. Idk what Orr pays it's mechanics, but it has to bottom of the barrel if this is the type of "expertise" we can expect from them."

"Service above and beyond. Kelli took a personal interest in helping me get my truck repaired quickly. I know I wasn't Orr's only customer that day, but they sure made me feel like I was. And they are the first dealership that offered me a courtesy ride to where I needed to go and had an employee pull my truck up to the service area when I returned to pick it up. It's those little things that make a difference to me."

"Made an appointment to bring in my car for an oil change and one minor issue to be fixed. My appointment was for 6 days later at 9AM. Dropped car off at 830 AM. Called at 330PM. They said oil was changed but that it would be "2-3 days" before they even looked at the car for any other issues. Nice people, but so swamped they are building another parking lot just to hold the cars waiting for service. If you can wait, that is fine, otherwise you might need to keep looking!"

"STOP...think twice before having this service department perform any kind of work on your car. They replaced a diff carrier on my car last year. The "world class tech" as Brandon described him, failed to properly torque the bolts and did not install the locking tabs correctly when connecting the axle shaft. It was poor workmanship on their part and they are unwilling to own up to it. As a result, I am stuck with a $1200 repair bill, tow truck bill, and inconvenienced by not having a car for days."
