They offered me a variety of options without pushing the most expensive tires as some shops will try and do. "Never Ever Going back to this place!! Went in for 4 brand new tires install and an alignment. First off it took 3.5 hours to complete, while I waited there. They scratched my rims on my escalade and all the manager said was "Sorry" and he would see what he could do about it. They had my vehicle in the alignment area for 2.5 hours so my batteries died!! They had to jump it! When I finally had to go to pick my kids up from school, my vehicle pulls soo hard to the right that I have to fight with it to stay on the road. I called to manager back and he says- the scratches and dent were there already and to bring it back so they can align it again.- No Thank you Sir!! They absolutely will not touch my vehicle again!!! Stay away or take photos of your vehicle rims beforehand because they are careless!!! Just horrible!!!"
