"I loved Dr Skelley, so warm and just a great comfort!! The office side however is very lacking. First off, it took 3 months for Dr Skelley's office to get appropriate documents to my HR department explaining my medical leave of absence, which almost made me lose my job. They misplaced the documents initially, and I had to go up there with reprinted documents for them to sign in hand. Also was left waiting for 2 weeks to get my prescriptions refilled.(non-narcotic for what it's worth) ANITA receptionists was rude and I asked to talk to the director of nursing multiple times. No call back nothing"
"Dr. Skelley is GREAT PCP but GPS takes you to wrong location! Take Exit 123 off I-30 to Walmart parking lot. Facing ASHLEY Furniture turn LEFT. Two buildings down on RIGHT is Saline Memorial Med Ctr. Good Luck GPS directions have been wrong for 2 years."
"Don’t know where the negative reviews came from. Changed our pcp to dr. Skelley. He spent a lot of time going over records, conditions and medications, and any other problems we were having. Looking forward to building a new relationship."
"Do NOT go to this office. Has low ratings for a reason! Turned away my husband sick with COVID and asthma because he has not been there in a few years!! Claim: Would be a new patient and can't see him anytime soon. Claim: Takes Humana insurance but does not have anymore Humana "slots" and won't accept cash. Assume they think we are Medicare/Medicaid and we Are NOT!"
