"Unfortunately Dr. Voris has serious issues in his office and I will not be returning. Unprofessionalism and hostile demeanor are common as his staff treat people like cattle. I have gotten calls from them accusing me of not answering the phone for offices they reffer me to despite no calls being received. I've had to contend with staff and their unnecessary attitude trying to get prescriptions corrected after obvious errors. Appointments I arranged were canceled in early December in the interest of extending winter holidays. The staff rescheduled the appointment without consulting me at all which is still something so unprofessional I still can't understand it. This has gone on for several months and I've had enough. In addition, this has made me very wary of physicians from Caribbean med schools."
