"Where do I even begin? I have had THREE bad experiences here on three separate occasions. I made a grooming appointment for my dog and they told me to bring her there at 9 AM and at about 3 PM. I called in to check on her and they haven't even started on her yet. So after asking when she was going to be done they stated that they were finally going to start on her soon. THEN after two hours I got a call saying she was ready and I was very upset with the way she looked. All they did was brush her out that was it. Not to mention she was so thirsty and had to go to the bathroom so bad she almost didn't make it outside. The second time I took her she was shaved WAY too short and there were rashes all over her body and she was itchy and in a lot of physical pain. The same with the first visit she was obviously very thirsty. I honestly can't believe I even gave this place a THIRD chance but I made an appointment and once I arrived they weren't there I called, no one answered, I sent a message still no one answered, and still a day later still no communication. Im not one to make reviews but please I would avoid this place and take your fur baby elsewhere. I can't even believe I have this place that many chances."

"I have been calling them for two days no pick up and finally they text me back which I was happy. She told me to come the next day which I agreed on and was happy. Went in there at 8:40am ask me what I wanted for my dog. I wanted his nails cut, bathe, and his hair cut short but not shaved they said number cut 5 or 7 and I said 5 but they kept telling me to do 7 cause 5 you wouldn’t be able to tell it will be short so I agreed thinking they know what their doing cause I’m not professional on dogs grooming. Two hours later picked him up and I was not happy one bit. She didn’t even touch his nails and they shaved him which I did not want. The lady that did my dog said she couldn’t do his nails even shorter when it could! Never going there again. She didn’t even apologize but one of the girl there was sweet and apologize for something she didn’t do. My dog is a corgi and corgi owners would never want their corgi baby to look like that!"

"THEY HURT MY BABY Do not take your cat to this place for their own safety. I took my 14 year old cat in for a semi-annual lion cut. (first time here) She has several bruises over her stomach. When I picked her up she was in the groom area, not in her carrier, standing still. She did not come to me, just stood there frozen. This usual loving baby has not wanted anyone to touch her for two days. Cost: $88 and trauma."
