"We came in to be fitted two weeks prior to the event. I got a call on Wednesday evening saying that the outfit was in. It did not say anything about trying it on or any concerns. I picked it up on Friday after work and no one said anything about trying it on or any concerns. Saturday morning my husband told him to try it on to make sure we have everything we need. THE PANTS WERE SO SMALL THEY WOULDN'T ZIP OR BUTTON. And were way above his ankles. So we hurry to the store only to be told that there’s nothing they can do because they get their items from Shreveport. He tried them on for the lady to prove that they wouldn’t fit and he could not wear them. She then told us he could wear a pair that people try on in the store for fittings. They had a pair that fit his waist but not length. So SHE did this hack job to sew them up to length. We didn’t see the sloppy mess until he has got home to put them on. She charged us FULL price for this. I’m highly disappointed. We will not be back."
